 I'm going to close this out. I can't find any similar reports, and there
 has been no additional reporter feedback.

 @shahrachna13 if you are still experiencing this issue on the latest
 version of WordPress (currently 5.2.4) with a default theme, please feel
 free to reopen and provide more information. Likewise, if you figured out
 the issue, please just post what was causing the issue in case someone
 else experiences the same issue.
