 1. Create own WP Block. (/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=wp_block)
 2. Insert this block at any Post/Page with Gutenberg editor.
 3. Click your WP Block then click Edit, change name.
 4. Now you can (really no) change WP Block colors and CSS class, fonts
 etc.

 * Changes you made not applying to WP Block, just interface issue.
