 Actual nightly of WP 5.3
 When clicking on an inserted Inline image, the "Width" control field opens
 up.
 Numbers can be inserted, but the up/down arrows for changing field value
 +1/-1 are not accessible because of the overlapping "Apply" button.
 No problem in WP 5.2.4
