 For future releases I'd propose to discuss when a bundled theme
 development should be moved to Trac / SVN. To me, from the moment a
 bundled theme gets merged in core, development should happen in core.

 Also: @ocean90 if you're closing tickets because "reported upstream" it
 would be greatly appreciated if you could add the details reported here to
 the "upstream" issue.
