 Good catch, @1naveengiri!

 The URL for this link is returned by the WordPress.org API. Therefore, it
 must be fixed in the Meta instance of Trac. I have
 [https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4764 created a ticket for this
 over there].

 After a fix is applied there, it will take up to a day for you to see the
 change because each install only pings that API once a day.
