 [attachment:"47708.diff"] contains the strings from the doc - it also
 starts some of the new HTML structure for the new design system, but the
 class names are not settled yet so this structure might still change.

 The strings are stable, except for one question: There are two places
 where we still say WordPress "Name", so those strings won't be finalized
 until the release is named– how do we usually handle this kind of thing?
