This menu has been changed to an ARIA tabs interface in #47149. The ARIA
tabs pattern is better for content that gets updated dynamically. There's
no real, traditional "navigation" here as in a classical page reload. The
browser and, consequently, assistive technologies are unaware a content
update occurred. The ARIA tabs pattern allows to indicate what the
selected item is and also implements arrows navigation on the items so
that is possible to tab directly from the active item to the active
 content.
