 As far as I'm concerned, These JS files are excluded from Linting. Also
 there is specific mentions of not refactoring these files in here
 [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/coding-
 standards/javascript/#code-refactoring]
 Yet I am inclined to upload to cleaner patch if this seems to be qualified
 to patch :)
