 47708.1.patch] is a quick and dirty patch showing an example of what the
 About page could look like when designed with blocks (with some extra
 modifications to be done).

 I envision the header would be in a separate PHP file and then included in
 the other pages, but I'm not sure about the navigation tabs as yet.

 Also, I'm guessing that some styles from Twenty Twenty would be used as
 apart of the design, but I'm not sure on the best way to accomplish that,
 as including its `style.css` would import a lot of unnecessary CSS rules.
