Comment:

 [attachment:"47610.6.diff"] changes the "Media Types" heading to
 "Actions".
 Consequently, I changed also the visually hidden heading in the bottom
 toolbar from "Available actions" to "Selected media actions" to better
 distinguish from the other heading.

 See screenshots (where I made the visually hidden heading temporarily
 visible to better illustrate).
