 We talked about this during Media triage, linked above.

 @joemcgill mentioned that this area also gets used for non media related
 things, like in Shortcake.

 Would it be possible to go with "Actions" instead of "Media Types",
 similar to @melchoyce's
 [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/47610#comment:40 recommendation]?
