Comment:

 There's some great progress here, thanks everyone. As we're entering 5.3
 Beta3 which comes with a string freeze I'm going to punt this to 5.4 as
 there's need of a copy review here.
 P.S. @birgire I agree with your recommendation of using 'edit' instead of
 'operate on' in this case.
