 Re: links focus style:

 have a visible focus state in here in general, I'd be happy to postpone
 major changes and work on them in the context of that ticket instead.

 that patch at the moment, but if someone else is up for taking it on, that

 [attachment:"34904.16.diff"] restores the previous focus style for links,
 based on `box-shadow` and removes the new `outline: 1px dotted #555d66;`.
 A new focus style for links needs more exploration as the new dotted
 outline is noticeably lighter than the previous style thus not quite ready
 to guarantee a good indication of focus.

 Partially reverts [46241] and [46293] (see #47153).
