 [attachment:"47138.4.diff"] resets the search input field 1 pixel margin
 to improve alignment with its label. See screenshot below.

 Note: there are probably historical reasons for this 1 pixel margin
 applied to all the `input` and `select` elements in `forms.css` but it's
 extremely annoying when it comes to properly align elements. I'm not sure
 there are good reasons to keep it and I'd like to propose to audit it for
 the next release cycle.
