 antispambot() *is* used in core, as a filter callback. I want to note this
 in case anyone later discovers that and then this ticket — that knowledge
 should not change the outcome of this ticket.

 I'll also note that it's only ever used as a filter in core when
 specifically using the `get_comment_author_email_link()` and
 `comment_author_email_link()` template functions which for 99.99999% of
 cases should never really be used ever.
