 Hello and welcome to Trac!

 How do you typically navigate the admin area with your keyboard? I just
 tested it using Tab to parse through the links on the page. Once the
 cursor hits the comment author name in the meta data for the comment the
 moderation links show up for me. Upon pressing Tab again, the cursor jumps
 down to the moderation links.
