 This seems to be related to #46326 and #48390, where I do make note that
 I'm vary of adding a lot of numbers to the Site Health check headings, as
 they're arbitrary to the average user.

 Making a mention of it in the expanded section in some manner as part of
 the explanation I can be more on board with, but I'm still not convinced
 it's a good idea to add to the headings.
