 Hello @jadonn,

 There are two scenario

 1) It is not reasonable to do this,if your super admin user stolen by
 some-one then it will easy to change super admin email,so it is not good
 doing to this.

 2) if you are super admin and other users also administrators then you
 will change easily administrator email.
