Comment:

 Tested this today in Gutenberg. This remains an issue.

 1. I scheduled a post:

 2. I clicked "Switch to Draft" and accepted
 [[Image(https://cldup.com/2xXCj04v8f.png)]]

 3. I remain stuck with a schedule UI (even after refresh)
 [[Image(https://cldup.com/8-iWKMm5my.png)]]

 After clicking "Switch to Draft," I fully expected it to revert to default
 publishing patterns as if nothing had ever been scheduled.
