 Hi there, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the report.

 The `tinymce-shortcode-script.js` script appears to be a part of the
 Slider Revolution (RevSlider) plugin. Does the issue still happen with all
 plugins disabled and a default theme (Twenty Twenty) activated?
