 For reference, the value is set in [source:tags/5.3/src/wp-includes/class-
 wp-taxonomy.php?marks=378#L360 ::set_props()], which runs from
 [source:tags/5.3/src/wp-includes/class-wp-taxonomy.php?marks=230#L215
 ::__construct()].
