Comment:

 Personally, I'd prefer the white cards because they make very clear the
 distinction between "informational" text and the suggested text. Not sure
 the white boxes should be indented. Maybe for consistency they should use
 the same style of the white card in the `wp-admin/tools.php` page. Just my
 2 cents :)
