 Spent a great deal of time troubleshooting this problem. After updating,
 when I would edit a post, once the part I was editing fell below the
 window, any keystroke would drive me back to the top of the page, where I
 could not see what I was editing.

 Cleared caches. Total restart of computer. Nothing resolved it.
 Deactivated ALL plugins. Still had the problem.

 Last resort. Opened in Chrome. The problem does not exist there, only in
 Edge.
