 I've just run into this bug myself. If it's ok to ask, could anyone
 explain why this report was labelled as invalid?

 post_date is 59 mins ago
 post_modified is 5 mins ago
 Wordpress tells the user "Last modified 59 mins ago", which is
 unquestionably wrong. @dhanendran's first line would be the expected
 behaviour.
