 Welcome to WordPress Trac.

 WordPress doesn't use negative IDs anywhere itself AFAIK, so shouldn't be
 generating such a link intentionally - but many Page Builders and layout
 plugins do use negative IDs as their pages.

 Are you using any similar plugins? (Or perhaps used one in the past?)
 Does the problem persist if you edit the homepage (page id 2) and re-save
 it in the backend?
