 Thanks, to keep it from going down: this also applies to the string
 "**''5.3 expands and refines the block editor introduced in WordPress 5.0
 with new blocks ...''**" see [comment:73]

 WordPress 5.3 introduces only **one** new block not **more** (block social
 links and block navigation are postponed).
