Hi @SergeyBiryukov
I downloaded totally new zip from the official WordPress site.
I'm using docker and I prepared two env PHP 7.1.2 (it was on my computer
already) and PHP 7.3.11.
In PHP 7.1.2, after open the page, I was redirected into
{{{
<path>/wp-admin/setup-config.php
}}}
I changed env to PHP 7.3 and I wasn't redirected and I saw information
about missing a wp-config file. There is also Fatal error, which I'm
including in attachment.
After clicking on the button, the missing file is created correctly, and
I'm able to continue the installation. After installation, I have the same
problems.
Everything is set as a fresh - no extra plugin(s) and default theme.
It could be a problem with PHP configuration? I have a very similar
php.ini file in both 7.1 and 7.3
