 In WordPress 4.7 wp_list_pages(), Walker_Page and Walker_Nav_Menu were
 updated to accept an additional parameter `item_spacing` so that they can
 more robustly be styled using inline-blocks - see #27762

 wp_list_categories() and Walker_Category would also benefit from accepting
 the `item_spacing` parameter for the same reasons.
