 First off, I love what you did with your plugin there, I enjoyed the
 header, it was a cool twist, so thumbs up on that!

 We're discussing, and testing, approaches in the
 [https://github.com/wordpress/health-check Health Check plugin] to see
 what works best. I'm not sure if we'll land on anything specific within
 the 5.2.2 window, so I will keep the current milestone of 5.3 until we're
 more clear on the direction and know for certain what version it'll land
 in.
