 Thanks for the ticket, @shamai.

 This has ben discussed many times in the context of the Classic Editor
 (see #3130, #14916, #10982 and the many duplicates mentioned in #10982's
 history).

 This has been improved in the new block editor, but changes to the the
 Classic Editor are no longer being made. The only exceptions are bugs and
 regressions.
