 Another option is to provide a setting for "lateness" when
 {{{DISABLE_WP_CRON === true}}}, but I totally agree with @peterwilsoncc .
 When it comes to background tasks, there's no point to rush. After all,
 site health checks will only be run occasionally anyway.
