 TL;DR

 - this ticket proposes extra screens after admin login for verifying the
 general admin email
 - there is a a clickable
 prototype(https://www.figma.com/proto/WB24a8gm07lJKqLmVr01ZttB/Change-
 admin-email-v1?node-id=1%3A2&scaling=min-zoom), based on existing designs
 from the login pages (which could be improved at some point).
 - there is a  PR on Github(https://github.com/draganescu/wordpress-
 develop/pull/52) based on the prototype that needs testing
 - copy for the "Why is this important" and "Learn more" links in the
 confirmation screen needs to be written.
