 Hi @priyankkpatel, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the ticket and
 the patch.

 This filter is already documented [source:tags/5.2.1/src/wp-includes
 /category-template.php#L210 at the end of get_the_category_list()].

 Per the [https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/inline-
 documentation-standards/php/#4-1-duplicate-hooks documentation standards],
 the other two instances are documented as duplicates.
