 Hi @doctorlai, welcome to WordPress Trac! Thanks for the report.

 Does the issue still happen with all plugins disabled and a default theme
 (Twenty Nineteen) activated?

 It sounds like some plugin mistakenly overrides the `$allowedentitynames`
 with `null` instead of an empty array. This would indicate a developer
 error, so a warning seems appropriate here.
