#47302: Site Health: Use consistent verbiage for "Read more" links
----------------------------+-------------------------
 Reporter: SergeyBiryukov | Owner: (none)
Type: defect (bug) | Status: new
 Priority: normal | Milestone: 5.3
Component: Administration | Version:
 Severity: normal | Keywords: site-health
  Focuses: |
----------------------------+-------------------------
[45170] introduced a few "Read more" links:
 * Read more about what WordPress requires to run.
 * Read about debugging in WordPress.
 * Learn more about updating PHP
 * Read more about why you should use HTTPS

For consistency, I think they should use the same verbiage:
 * Learn more about what WordPress requires to run.
 * Learn more about debugging in WordPress.
 * Learn more about updating PHP
 * Learn more about why you should use HTTPS
