 Using the latest version of WordPress - cannot seem to make changes to
 'tags' on posts.

 -making changes to tag options and clicking 'update' reverts to original
 tags. This is true whether you highlight+delete+paste new tags all at
 once, or highlight+delete+and manually write in new tags.

 -changes only save when tags are erased completely. If you try erasing all
 the tags, clicking 'update', and then creating new tags, the post will
 revert to the original tags.

 -this is the case when you try to edit tags both through the 'edit post'
 page and the 'all posts' page (using quick edit)

 I am not a deb, so I don't know if the workflow keywords here are correct.
 I'm just a blogger trying to update her tags and do some cleanup!
