 Hi @shawnkeenegmailcom,

 Thanks for the ticket, and welcome to Trac!

 When viewing the media library, there are two icons next to the "All media
 items" dropdown. The first one represents the list view, and the second
 represents the grid view. The list view is a `WP_List` table that displays
 the file name, title, date, and post the file is attached to. This table
 can be filtered to alter the columns and their content.

 If I am misunderstanding your request, feel free to reopen this with more
 details.
