 Thank you, @ryelle!

 In the interest of getting RC2 out, I have uploaded the latest PNG from
 above for that [https://make.wordpress.org/core/files/2019/05
 /about_maintain-wordpress.png image to the Make Core blog] to include
 instead (this is the current approach implemented for RC1). We can update
 the image after RC2 when someone with the needed access to push to the CDN
 is available.
