 [attachment:"46901-remaining.diff"] combines the remaining changes on the
 ticket ([attachment:"46901-layout.diff"] & [attachment:"46901.remove-tags-
 from-translatable-strings.diff"]) and updates the image URLs to point to
 the CDN versions (props @tellyworth).

 @ryelle This looks great! Thanks for working on this.

 I am seeing one issue, though. When using the CDN versions of the images,
 the top image is small and there is a large space between the bottom of
 the image and the next section on the page. After this is fixed, this is
 good to go, IMO.
