 For option 1, there would need to be CSS hiding that link if the button in
 the admin bar is visible. The wording is a bit repetitive, but it will not
 introduce a new string.

 Option 2 seems like the best option. But, there is a point where the
 button does not fit and will bump down (less than 353 pixels wide).
