 Hello,

 Minor verbiage suggestion, currently the heading text for the inactive
 plugins and inactive themes isn't consistent.
 "Inactive plugins should be remove"
 "You should remove inactive themes"

 Can we just make the themes one consistent with plugins as follows;
 "Inactive themes should be removed"
