 Testing on my VVV (v2.5.2) – PHP 7.2: 49 plugin installed (all
 deactivated). Some of them, including Gutenberg, Yoast SEO, and a few
 others, have `node_modules` and `vendor` directories:
 - without this patch: the Info page loads after ~25 seconds
 - with this patch: timeouts after 30 seconds

 I'd agree `node_modules` directories are an edge case, however doesn't
 appear to be faster on my local env.

 That said, I'd suggest to consider there's also an usability issue. Very
 likely, users will 1) click the link 2) see nothing happens  3) click
 again after a few seconds... no one will wait more than 10 seconds. They
 will click again.

 Not sure what is the best option but I'd tend to think something should be
 displayed immediately to warn users the analysis is running,
