 Something simple like that @karmatosed ? (See [attachment:"with-
 excerpt.PNG"] ), that's just a quick inline thing on an old patch I had,
 so ignore that styles etc aren't perfect, but essentially a WP admin
 notice of the info variety in that location is quick, if dirty.
