 @desrosj, @wpscholar, @ianbelanger and myself from
 [https://github.com/earnjam/wordpress-develop/tree/site-health-check a
 github branch] and I think addresses most of the feedback from @pento
 above.

 Still could use some more attention on CSS to ensure we aren't redeclaring
 styles. I also don't like the repetitive code in the ajax functions now
 that the magic ajax calls have been removed, but it does prevent those at
 least.
