 Hi there and welcome to Trac!

 Looks like the exact same error has been reported in the Gutenberg
 repository already: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/14518

 Two users confirmed that the error goes away when activating the latest
 version of the Gutenberg plugin, which means the issue has been fixed
 already. The new Gutenberg version will be included in the next WordPress
 release, WordPress 5.2. In the meantime, you can use the plugin.
