 Finally I found myself what was missing. Your documentation in WP CMS and
 online (above) is old and incomplete.
 Beside "define('WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE', true);"
 has to be placed afterwards
 "define('MULTISITE', true);"
 to just activate the MENU!
 Well,by going ahead more error come, css is not loading and so on
