 Uploading a patch from the latest version of the PR. At the least, this
 needs file header docs and a decision on whether we want to determine the
 location the error occurred on ( think wp-login.php or wp-
 admin/edit.php?post_type=whichever ) and include that in the email. Right
 now it is just stubbed as "TBD".
