 @adamsilverstein, there are a lot of bug fixes available on the plugin on
 github as PRs, but none of them are getting resolved and merged into
 master.  I had to create my own fork of the repo and merge in a lot of
 PRs, fix bugs, etc, in order to get the plugin to work.  This isn't
 something the community can do, the maintainer (you?) needs to review, or
 set reviewers, and approve the PRs I guess?  Is the github repo at parity
 with the plugin download on the wordpress site?
