 Dear WordPress team,

I met a bug similar to the one in this post:
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/13857

I cite the bug as below:

When a user with the role of Contributor submits a page for review, it
erases any customization to the page slug/permalink and resets to the
default version based on the title.

 Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1.Create and publish a new page with customized slug (differ from the
 title) as an Administrator role
     2.Login as Contributor role
     3. Edit the page again, see that the custom slug remains.
     4. Submit for review, notice that the permalink slug now is back to
 the default

 Expected behavior
Slug should remain as the customized version

 Thank you
