 Related: #42853.

 Worth noting when users reset their password, they get a link to the "new
 password" page. The password field in that page already has a "hide/show"
 button. #42853 is going to make a few improvements to that button, see
 screenshot on https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/42853#comment:12
